A traditional sake established contains a serving carafe referred to as tokkuri and smaller personalized cups termed ochoko. Sometimes a small glass is positioned inside of a box, or masu. In some spots, the sake will probably be poured till it overflows in the masu. Kijoshu (貴醸酒) A uncommon and unusual type where by brewers replace some o
